Excellent Forum

Just a quick thank you to the forum especially @Gandalf. My service is running 100% without a single issue and all down to the assistance received on here. I was shocked to see the small gift apologising for the issues we had but am very grateful and thought it was a brilliant gesture and shows PN customers are thought of as more than just a number. Thanks again people Smiley

Thanks @diggerdr glad you're happy.

It's nice to see people posting to say this and their problem is resolved, where many people only post when there is a problem and disappear when it is fixed and don't give any feedback. It is not just for the PlusNet staff, but I have learned quite a bit from reading problems on here.
