Exactly as promised

Have just moved my phone line to  Plusnet, ordered 10/08/12,  was promised line would be activated 24/08/12, received email first thing this morning confirming activation, well done Plusnet.
Kudos to <snip> who handled my initial order and ensured it was carried out and also <snip>  on the telephone today who helped me find the Line Rental Saver link, I couldn't see the woods for the trees.
