Estimated speed 4.0 Current speed 3500 - units not shown on website

The latest response to my ticket (Question #36926223) shows that the CSC Agent failed to read properly my earlier responses.
This is my latest query on this ticket:
Within the "High speed broadband" area within the "Connection Settings" area of the portal:
https://portal.plus.net/my.html?action=data_transfer_speed
the "Estimated line speed" shows as 4.0, while "Current line speed" shows as 3500. The units are not shown - is the 4.0 in Mbps and the 3500 in kbps (in which case, the website should say this), or is there a mistake somewhere in the estimation process?

I'll go ahead and raise a problem.
I'm sorry snozboz that your info on the ticket was overlooked.

I've raised internal problem 64448, I'm suggesting that rather than showing the estimate in mb and the current line speed in Kb that we standardise them so that both are displayed in the same units to save confusion.
I'll report back when I get more news on this.

FYI all,
This is due to be fixed in the new year as part of a broader project relating to VAT changes.
