The exchange checker has been running since December 2003. Is it too much to expect that after 8 1/2 years Plusnet might have come up with a method of updating the information regularly?
It hasn't been updated since 1 June, which is the last time we complained about it!
Do we have to make a post every week to remind you it needs doing?

I've just learned how to update the VP checker and with a little help we've just updated it (and added the missing reports from previous weeks).
I've taken ownership of keeping this updated going forward and I've also documented a process on how to do this in case I'm not here.

Looking the checker it appears that the data from BT comes out each Friday. When do you get it and what's your target for getting it loaded? (Just so we know how long to wait before moaning that it's been missed! ;D)

We get the data when we log in and download it! The process is manual so it relies on someone doing the update, Adam's got a reminder set now to do this each Tuesday (IIRC) so it should be less than 10 days behind most of the time (that's assuming we miss a week every now and then).

I've updated this with Friday's data and will continue to do so each Monday, I'm assuming Chris meant Monday rather than Tuesday which is when I have this scheduled for. I'll double check with him just to make sure Smiley
EDIT: I've spoken to Chris about this I'll continue to do this on Mondays for now, as Mondays can be busy days I may look to move this task to be done every Tuesday so don't wonder if you see this fall back by a day in the near future.

But this week, Monday and Tuesday have gone and it's Thursday today  Wink
Perhaps tomorrow we can look forward to it being updated with BT's Friday (tomorrow's) data update?
