Engineer on time PN no response

Had an engineer visit Tuesday, within the time slot agreed, so good service. Now Friday and PN have not even bothered to say anything to me about what they found out and intend to do next.
I wonder if they are working from the Marie Celeste?
Whatever happens always remember "We will do you
.........................proud" say Pnet.

most likely Openreach haven't fed anything back to Plusnet yet.
