I'm a happy PN customer but I have to say that there appears to be an increasing number of complaints like this one.
I wonder if there is a fixed payment made to customers when they are let down.  I ask this as I know the utility companies have fixed payments to customers in such an event. Certainly concentrates the mind Wink
