Email PN and`virtual assistants`!

Hi,
I waited over half an hour to contact Customer Services today.  Now need to enquire re freeview trial but cant find in on the system anymore.  Would like to email but just get virtual assistants who are as much use as a chocolate teapot.  Please provide an email direct to you as I have listened to this music way too long.  I think if you are a prospective customer you get through straightaway!  Disappointed in the website design.
