Dreadful Support via phone call waiting too long

I think it time for me to move on, look for new isp. Because customer service via phone call is a joke lately with a recorded message keep repeated "We are sorry for keeping you waiting. We will be with you shortly" for over 30 minutes on hold. This is totally unaccepted. Enough is enough. Fed up with this. This caused me distressed on text relay service for deaf peoples as text relay service need to disconnected to give other deaf people's call for emercency.

 

I am going to move both phone and broadband to other smaller isp with quicker support phone call.

 

Plusnet is going downhills with very poor lack of support on live chat, phone call etc.

how about getting more staff to answer phones and tickets ( if they are still in use)... then we can have more staff for the Live Chat too...

 

Read my campaign started 8 years ago...

True @shutter despite the protestations from PN     ,,,they are struggling with staff , hence the post Chat is ok for next 2 days and then they review it depending on call wait times Crazy2
