Do Plusnet employees reply in these forums not declaring the fact?

Reading some replies today answering very upset PN complaints I feel they might well be PN employees because they are just over the top defending PN and putting the original poster down.
The PN Support do declare they are that.
Just wondering if it is me being too sensitive or if others noticed the same.

From time to time, this forum has always had a few members who's topic replies have raised suspicion of being a trojan employee, either from being overly defensive of Plusnet's position, or from apparently knowing far more insider information than any customer could possibly be expected to know.
So no it is probably not you being too sensitive, and yes it has been noticed before, but the advantage of being a forum is that such peoples comments get challenged and hopefully a more balanced outcome can be reached, compared with trying to have the same conversation with the half-trained computer-say-no script-monkeys on the chat or phone support lines.

A certain level of bias in favour of Plusnet is to be expected really, these are Plusnet's forums after all.
Some people may also receive referral payments.

We've occasionally had new staff post without being properly identified as such. It's always been jumped on very quickly so that they are correctly identified on all posts (it automatically displays the current status on their previous posts).

There are some contrarian trolls (not PN) who seem to take delight in attacking the poster rather than the issue, but the Mods usually jump on the worst cases.

And there are some who always insist on blaming everything bad on some part of BT, or anything else other than Plusnet, nothing is ever Plusnet's fault, yet when things go well, of course all the praise gets directed towards Plusnet.
