Deceptive selling of services

Be careful when you agree to pay the 0845 premiums as you will not be advised that if you do not cut off before 1 hour you will then be charged again also I was thinking of leaving plusnet in september and offered 12 months half price yet this only lasted 1 month!! rang to complain about both and told this is not Team Leader issues surely mis-selling and inept ability to deal with complaints should go to Team Leaders who are supposed to be trained in how to resolve these issues?Huh

Re: Deceptive selling of services

Hi there,
Apologies if you were not aware of the 1 hour cut-off point, you can hang up at 59 minutes and instantly redial as many times as you wish an incur no charge, it does mention this here
When you have changed package to unlimited it has removed any discounts you had prior to that which is also mentioned in out FAQ's here.
