Data access is still being reported as unavailable by a number of customers - needs addressing

As an affected customer who went through all the hoops before giving up and cancelling and moving to O2 this problem really needs sorting

Just to note I went onto O2 PAYG put in the new sim card and, without changing anything at all it just worked and this was on two different phones

I know this isn't a rigorous check but Googling for other EE MVNO networks doesn't throw up any problems whereas Plusnet does so I have to wonder whether there is a fundamental problem with the Plusnet supplied sims
