When might the call statistics be available again? They stopped updating on Nov 24th and the message says they will be up and running again in "a couple of weeks" Meanwhile people are complaining about 20/30/45 minute call waiting times.
The 'couple of weeks' was an optimistic timescale at best, we only do rollouts every 3 weeks! I was in a meeting about this last week and the new phone system is reporting the data in a very different manner to the previous one, so it's not just a cut and paste unfortunately. It may be that the data on that page changes slightly (the refresh rate of the call graph and info mainly) but I'm confident it'll be back up early next year.
