Customer service phone numbers?

Where have all the customer service phone numbers gone that used to be on nearly every page?

Re: Customer service phone numbers?

Still there (well 'just' 5 clicks starting with 'Contact Us' (on most pages but sometimes at the top, sometimes at the bottom) and there we are, contact numbers including the one that might cost you on a mobile still recommended over the free one).  Crazy

Not as if they've hidden it to cut the call queues.. [/coat]

Re: Customer service phone numbers?

And still publishing paid for numbers for mobile users.
If is not as if I haven't been pointing this it out since July on multiple occasions to Plusnet staff and both Mattyc and HarryB have posted that they would feed this back.
Come on chaps, all UK mobiles have been able to able to call 0800 for free since July and Plusnet had TWO YEARS notice from the EU and OFCOM that this change was coming through.
