I have just had the 'Honour' of speaking to Mr [removed]. Thanks to this gentleman I will sleep easy tonight, 'Plusnet', be afraid !!!! If I was still in business I would have robbed him from you !!! So truly comforting to find a young man with his attitude and Professionalism in this day and age !!!!!!  Shocked

The rule about CSA names is an absolute but we always try to ensure that the managers are aware of any meritorious (or the opposite) performance so the the relevant agent is duly congratulated (or the reverse) by his or indeed her line manager
