For a laugh, I thought I would look at how many Plusnet staff members have announced that they are part of the CRT in the last twelve months, with the date of their last activity and the number of post that they have ever made.
(This number may include posts made before joining CRT and activity does not equal last posting date, just the last time they logged on or posted)

The other main responsibility of this team is dealing with complaints. That we see so little of them on here suggests their other role is taking most of their time!

Yes, I have seen the frustration in some of the post of the regular CRT posters when things get to them recently.

I'll provide a response to this shortly.
A number of the guys above have left the CRT department, so won't be posting on the forums too much. For the interest of ownership, and the less cycling of names you guys see, we are now dedicating certain people to the forums and other social media channels within CRT.
The names you will see on a regular basis are myself, Harry Beesley, Ben Babinski, Matthew Wheeler, Chris Parr and Adam Walker. At the moment, we are in holiday season so quite a few of us have taken annual leave. This, combined with the inlife training Harry mentioned here, means that we have been very thin this week in particular. Apologies for this, but hope it clarifies (in particular for this week).
