Chat Not Working for Me

I have tried turning off pop up blocker and chat still does not work

Could PN be on shakey ground with the 2010 Equalities Act here?

They only now seem to offer the telephone as a means of direct communicaion about faults, C.S. etc.. I'm discounting this place because there's no guarantee that their query will be answered by PN staff or they may not even be aware of the forum.

This places anyone with a loss of or problem with hearing at a big disadvantage if unable to communicate by telephone because of their "disability."

For a comunication firm that only offers Phone calls Crazy2 and have closed 2 other options  Tickets / Chat  very dodgy

So are deaf and hard of hearing people..... but PlusNet doesn`t care about customers with disabilities, because they are in the minority, and "normal hearing" people have priority

If it becomes a regular occurrence, or permanent, that the only choices are a long phone queue or Facebook/Twitter then it'll be time to look elsewhere.  Sad

It has not gone un-noticed by lots of customers..

 

. But PlusNet staff seem to be keeping a very very low profile on this matter.

 

You would think that someone somewhere would have had the guts  to come forward and put up some kind of defence, however, any defence now is pathetic. as is their response to the criticisms of their actions.

 

Shame on them .

 

No... Shame on me... for being a customer for so long, (about 10 years now).. and putting up with this sort of discrimination.... Is this what I paid for when I signed up for the next 18 months  ?

 

  I am ashamed to tell people that I am a PlusNet customer that will remove a vital service to hard of hearing (DISABLED) customers in preference for those who can hear perfectly well.  DIABOLICAL.
