Cannot view bill in new billing system

I noticed I had a chargeable call in July which is unusual and I want to check what it is.


When I go to view billed calls for July it shows: No result found


Why and how can I fix this?

The information you require is available through the old Home Phone Control Panel, but getting to that requires ingenuity. Huh

Go to Bills & Payments, then click on View/add call features. (yes, I do mean that)
Switch to the Itemised Bill tab and choose the date range you require on the View bill selector. Click Go.

Using View details on the Call summary lines down the page should show the information you are seeking. Thumbs_Up
