Cancelling Broadband & Phone
Can anyone tell me how I cancel my subscription?
I am out of contract but can't speak to anyone or message anyone.
I'm moving house on May 1st and no longer need Broadband or Phone.
Can anyone help. Iv'e looked everywhere & called the customer help line who tell me to access online but there is nothing to see regarding cancelation (apart from phoning!)

@daverock64 Hi there, this can only be done over the phone. You'll need to speak with the Customer Options Team, they are contactable directly on 0800 013 2632 and they are open between the following hours: Monday - Sunday 09:00 - 18:00
