Left London on August 18 for USA. Was able to log in to my Madasafish (freenetname, actually) account from England, but when I got to the US and tried to access my e-mail from the Madasafish website, I have not been able to log in. I pay for justmail, so should be able to access it from anywhere, as I have always been able to do in the past. I have tried a number of different computers, but get the same message. I have tried calling the technical support line for the past two weeks at all hours of the day and night and get a continuous busy signal from land lines, and can't even connect at all from my cell phone. What's up with that!!! I tried e-mailing the company but received an autoreply saying I needed to log in and raise a ticket ... except that's the problem - I can't log in! Arghhhh! Help.
