Not sure if you are being serious or funny - zero calls at 18:30 on a Saturday evening - its about as likely as me winning the lottery tonight - better go get a ticket!

I've called PN twice over the last 2 days & both calls were answered well within 10 minutes. I've also used the chat facility without a problem. Things are definitely looking up. This forum is an example; customers posting new problems are a rare event, compared with a few months ago.

I called customer options team the other day in the afternoon and got through immediately (got great service as well). Of course this might be a priority so when I remembered that I wanted to get rid of the answer service on my line and dialed the normal customer service number I had a cup of tea ready and settled in for a long wait.
Was answered within 60 seconds. And my query wa dealt with quick ad efficiently.

I called 4 time in one week in the middle of January and all calls were answered within 3-4 minutes.
and my ticket was answered within 1hr the other day.

maybe PN customers decided it was a waste of time trying to ring , because of long wait times

Actually it is a correct supposition.  I have given up with the call centres due to 45+ minute waits only to find that the person on the other end of the line doesn't have a clue.

Looking at it now; there are 0.61 calls waiting.
Not sure how you can have .61 of a phone callHuh

because the calls waiting is an average of the last 15 minutes as that is how frequently they update the page I believe

It's getting better, only 20 minutes on hold today. Still no use once they answered though.
