CSC agents telling porkies about ADSL2+/21CN

We've seen a number of posts where users have been given incorrect information when querying their ADSL2+ status - we saw two more last night.
It appears that a number of CSC agents think that if a person has been moved to 21CN it means that they are on ADSL2+, when it is common in the first instance for them to be put on ADSL1 on 21CN.
I rather think it's overdue for the GM Maestro to be put to some good use!
