I've been with Plusnet for many years without problem, and I do not consider myself to have unrealistic expectations. I raised an issue regarding my BT Sport subscription (unable to view the channels despite being a current subscriber) last weekend and have only had one response from Customer Service since... I understand it has probably needed liaison with BT, but could I get an update on query #84808001 please PN Thanks
