I've been with PlusNet for over a decade, but my account ceases at the end of the month.
Over the years my service has been almost completely solid. Other than a minor glitch caused by BT OpenWound during my last house move every contact I've had with customer service has been excellent.
I'm moving because I got an incredible deal with another ISP through someone who works there, it was just too good to pass up.
So best wishes and thanks to all the hard working moderators and PN staff who frequent this forum. The place is all the better for your efforts and you don't get thanked nearly enough for the levels of bitching and pig-headedness you put up with.
