Broadband speed

I have been with Plusnet for my broadband now for one month,
Before that I was with B.T.
Why is it with Plusnet even at the best time of day 4am to 7am.
The broadband speed is less than half what I was getting with B.T.
Yes the line is supposed to be at 17 to 21 mg or gig what ever it is,
but I get less than 7 coming down the line to me.
B.T. at these times of days were at 14 to 16.
Once my year contract is up I am off back to B.T.
Something is very strange as Plusnet is owned by B.T. Shocked

Check the BT IP profile from the BT speedtest (Diagnostic) and your Current Line speed (login required), they should match.
If they don't match post in this thread

HI norfolkcrystal,
I've just ran some tests on your line and I can't see anything obvious that would cause the speed to be low. Your profile is currently 18100 so you should be getting something near that. Could you run a BT Speed test as this will then appear on our diagnostics tool.
