Broadband difficulties still carry on.

Hi,
I would be grateful if you can provide me my connection graphs for the last month, I am getting intermittent crackling on my phone line still, I expect yours and BTO line testing will not find a fault with the line and will be told once again there is nothing you can do for me.
So as far as I am concerned complaint ticket 75528795 which was handled by HLE - JPWC still remains unresolved.
Dan.

Re: Broadband difficulties still carry on.

Sorry to hear about the issue, I've tested the line and no obvious issues are being flagged.
As the ticket you mentioned was closed in November and it looks like that issue was resolved I'd not want to assume it's the same problem. I'd advise raising a new fault ticket at http://faults.plus.net and referring back to the ID of the previous ticket.
Here are the logs you requested: <img src="http://community.plus.net/visualradius/generated/image13887495181901.png"/>

Re: Broadband difficulties still carry on.

Thanks Adam,
I first raised this issue at the begin of August 2013 and after three visits from the same BTO engineer with NFF I raised the complaint. Since the complaint ticket closed automatically on the 26th Nov 2013 the maximum 'Online Period' has been 5 days, so I would say the fault never really went away and as I predicted you have not found a fault.
So to me this statement from the ticket still holds true "As discussed, given that yet another engineer has managed to find no fault, I believe we are at the point whereby we cannot expect to have this intermittent noise/drops issue resolved" The total reliance on 'test equipment' is not helping, unless a hard fault is found I am basically stuck with this poor service.
Raising another fault  to me will be a waste of time as until fault becomes hard nothing will be done, what the starting point to resolving this issue would be for a new pair on the D side from cabinet 3 to my property as I have been told part of the connection uses aluminum which is know to degrade overtime. Still as long as it passes the 'tests' BTO will be happy, they could always use SIN 349 as their get out doing anything trump card. This at the expense of one of your long term customers, 3 weeks short short of 11 years being left with poor service.
I've setup a TBB quality monitor graph, see link in signature.
