Bring back the Known fault/Issue message on a phone call if long queues

Just reconnected after about 50mins of my password/username failing and was on hold when calling you to find out if there was problem for the last 30mins.  Obviously with a 30min plus wait you have everyone and dog phoning, but if you had added a message saying there is a know authentication problem I wouldn't have stayed on hold.
its the little things that save hassle.

So it wasn't just me...
Only took about 15 minutes to reconnect, but as this included rebooting my router in the dark, my synch rate has dropped, so I'll have to re-synch tomorrow in daylight.
