Brilliant!

Grin For the first time since becoming a customer [3yrs]  I needed to call technical support as my internet connection stopped working.  My call was handled very quickly, politely and the technical guy, Jay whom i spoke to was very knowledgeable and helpful. The call was answered promptly and  took a matter of less than 2 mins to get me reconnected to the web.  Fantastic service and plusnet delivers as always.  Thanks Jay and keep up the brilliant work!
