I think the thing that impressed me most was the honesty - I asked if I could keep my current number and they said they'd do their level best but couldn't give me an absolute guarantee. That's how I like to do business - you may or may not get everything you want, but you know exactly where you stand. I was also impressed by their patience and friendliness. Plusnet obviously takes customer relations training seriously. Pity other companies didn't do the same.
