Brilliant Service

My contract was coming up for renewal at the end of this month so I called Customer Options to discuss what was available.

After a very friendly chat with Lee I decided to upgrade to Unlimited Fibre.

He was able to arrange the change over for the following week at a very competitive price.

The router arrived two days later and the service changed later that week, as promised, achieving the predicted speeds.

I have just received my first bill and although the change over was mid-month everything was as it should be.

I have been with Plusnet for many years (Started out with Globalnet) and have always had superb service.

Thank you to all concerned.
