Bitterly disappointed - No recording function on Sky Box with BT Sport !!

I cannot believe that Plusnet did not negotiate the use of the recording function when tying their customers into using the Sky Box to receive BT Sport... Angry

I assume you're referring to the fact that you can only record if you're paying for the $ky+ features?

Yes , exactly, bought a very capable box of electronics but can only use a small part of it's capability, which means I still have to have another box under the TV just for recording..

TBH it is quite obvious to me that you can only use Sky+ if you subscribe to Sky+.
You can't use it for the other stand alone channels, so why would BT Sport be any different?

Hi hookyhymer,
Thanks for your feedback. Unfortunately the recording function isn't something that we looked at for BT Sport. The recording feature is for Sky customers only. I'll ensure your feedback is passed on though.

And the reason.
To avoid paying the 13.9% import duty PVRs attract.
