Billing problems

my query concerns discounts never being appied. Get full bill taken from my bank have to get on phone and wait from 20 mins to over an hour to get discounts applied which comes off following months, then when that is cleared guess what overcharged again, process starts all over again, cannot keep taken time of work to sit and wait for someone to actually talk to me...had no problem renewing my contract instant contact there surprise surprise. service is getting slower dealing with customers, whats that remind me talk..seems virgin is the place to go
