Billing old accounts - incompetent or dishonest

Transferred Plusnet to new home when I moved in May.  Now received email from plusnet stating they are going to bill on my old account at old address too. Terrible service since joining and only took transfer to new home as the apparent price was so low. Should have paid to leave and joined another provider. Sooo frustrating. Also, I wonder which random number generator they use when quoting broadband speeds!

Re: Billing old accounts - incompetent or dishonest

Hi @nexttimevirgin

Thanks for your post and I do apologise if you have received any notification of billing for more than one account.

Would you be able to send me a private message with the usernames for both your current and your previous properties?

If you could include as much information at possible including full addresses and postcodes if possible to ensure that I can find the right accounts.
