Billed after migrating away

Well after 6.5 relatively good years with Plusnet I decided to migrate to be at the the start of February.
After 6.5 hassle free years it's a bit dissapointing to see that I've been billed for all of February and up to th 23rd of March now.  Sad
I'm afraid I'm going to have to think twice about coming back to Plusnet if I ever decide to move ISPs again.

Your experiece mirrors mine.
I was with PN (Metronet) since 2004, no problems but went elsewhere for better (LLU) offer. Started with other ISP on 12th Jan. and the disengagement saga is still going on now.
