So, after waiting since 2 Nov for my fibre-broadband, three engineers appointments cancelled by PLUSNET (but only after I'd waited in for them), today I got a new target data of "29 Dec...maybe later" and the stellar advice from Customer Service..."if you need internet, go to the library". I think they're in the wrong business. They should be writing jokes for Jimmy Carr, not trying to run an internet service provider.
I'm really sorry about the repeat problems you've had with us. Today's problem appear to be due to engineer resourcing issues in your area. However I can see some system issues separate to this have caused previous orders to be cancelled. To make sure this is picked up without delay I've just updated 94773278 myself after booking the soonest available appointment. Please post back here after the service has been installed and I'll make sure we arrange some additional discounts as a good will gesture. Apologies again for the poor start.
