Been a very good year this year

I've had cause to grumble at PN many times over the years when I felt we were being hard done by and I think it's fair to say I can be pretty vocal when I'm not happy but the last year has been pretty trouble free so I feel credit is due to them.
Thank you plusnet. I hope the next 12 months flow smoothly too!
