! BTOR engineer booked for wrong date ?
Can't use phone to call Plusnet right now but...
Just got an email (ref EOI90F) from support stating an engineer will call round today for FTTC installation. This install was scheduled for the 13th (got sms confirmation) not today as it's highly unlikely there'll be someone in before 15:00 ! What gives ?!
