Anyone interested in a class action suit against Plusnet?

You seem to be keen to go to law when you haven't made any effort to resolve your problems in co operation with Plusnet as has been said in one of the other threads you've trolled on

Nope - I'm perfectly happy with Plusnet and compared to Tiscali and Virgin Media (then NTL), they knock spots off their customer service.
The fact that they are pretty approachable and friendly on the forums also helps

Another defo not here too! Of those who complain with unreasonably aggressive posts, i think such folk would be better paying for an anger management course than for use of the internet.
Sometimes they seem at the best bullies!
