Any Information About My Refund?

You have totally lost me now Adam all I know is I paid for a months BB and Landline Then left 5 days later so never used your services for around 25 days and was told id be refunded within ten days, Apart from me losing out on the normal bill then left 5 days later nothing has went into my bank in way of a refund at all.
My last bill was on 7/07/2010 and i left on the 12/07/2010 and ive never recieved any refund, Transaction id.  21523529

What I'm trying to say is that from our side it looks like we stopped the payment going through rather than let it go through and have to refund it. I'm certain that it must have cleared in the first place if you are still having to chase this up.
Let me have another look and I'll come back to you ASAP.

I dont know if this attachment is of any use to you? Payment going through for a cessation charge was put on my account then removed before it came out my bank as i was not meant to pay a cessation charge?

That's the credit note to show that we stopped the payment before it cleared. Can you clarify if that payment did clear from your bank?

clear as in taken out my bank? A payment for that amount was not taken out my bank.

Yes, that's what I mean. I can't remember if the file you attached originally was to show that the payment did actually clear. Just need you to confirm, if it did I will obviously have to make sure this is refunded post-haste. Like I say everything at this side looks like we  raised a credit note to stop us from taking the payment so that we didn't have to take it then refund it.

Yes I think Im understanding what you mean now, Cessastion charge put on my account then removed before it came out my bank, So no refund then?

Can someone tell me how a refund was issued to me on the 13th but ive never seen it, Adam see previous post, This is becoming annoying now to say the least.

Hi again Steve,
I can understand your frustrations Steve but we just need you to clarify one thing before we can confirm exactly what happened.
Could you please check your bank statement to see if the £19.25 cleared from your account in the first place? We believe it didn't as we stopped it. However if it did we need to refund you, if if that payment did not leave your account then no refund is due.

Right Adam I can Clarify that no payment for that amount came out my bank, Now can you explain to me what that payment was meant to be for in the first place?

It was a cessation charge of £25 with £5.75 discounted off it due to you having paid up for the remaining 15 days of the notice period.
Hope that's what you were looking for.

Yep thats clear so now you say that error made by PN is now my refund? I paid a months landline and BB on the 7th of this month and left on the 12th of this month and hardly used your services for what Ive paid for?
