Another satisfied customer

Just to say thanks to CSC COT agent A.M. (initials only to save any editing Wink).

After a very quick and friendly chat, I am now paying £1.00p.m less than I was on my previous discounted contract for the next 24 months - result!

Only thing was, I had to listen to that music for 12 minutes.Smiley
