Great news I have just heard Smiley
The date for Fibre install has been brought forward to weds afternoon - and luckily I am also on annual leave so I will be in.  This provides a far better outcome than any kind of redress alone so I am feeling quite pleased at the moment, but shall wait until after wednesday, and keep fingers crossed...
I work on the frontline in an industry that is also regulated, and I have to deal with a lot of customer complaints and attempt to resolve as first point of contact, so all I can say to my customers is thanks, you have taught me well Grin
And let's hope all goes well...

One and a half hours in to my 5 hour timeslot - no sign of the BTOR engineer so far - I keep telling myself to be patient and hopeful, but it is hard to stay optimistic after my experience!
