An outstandingly helpful Support Team member

Just wanted to register my gratitude to [Removed] in the Support Team (see Ticket #126132331) who was exceptionally patient and helpful while dealing with my call this morning, when I was having problems configuring my own Asus router for a newly-upgraded fibre connection. What's more, my call was answered within just a few minutes, which I hadn't expected at all from reading other posts on this Forum!

Tony, if you read this I have now got the router working very satisfactorily, after doing a complete reset and reconfiguring all the settings from scratch - tedious but at least it did the job!
