All good so far.

I have just completed my change over of both broadband and phone to Plusnet as a refugee from O2, and so far it has been a good experience, the one problem I experienced was rectified very quickly for which I would like to thank the support guys involved (Question #73805190 )hope this continues, as having just had a 6 month battle with Orange to unlock my iphone I do know what bad customer support is really like. Having also worked in network customer support myself I also know that things do not always get sorted as quick as everyone would like, but as long as someone is doing their best to resolve a problem that is ok by me.
