All I want to do is cancel!

I have been really happy with my plus net service over the past 3 years  however I was really disappointed that to cancel my account I had to call up and wait for ages in a queue. Why is this not something you can do online? Moving abroad is stressful enough to wait in a queue and then get told you have a cancellation fee to pay  Cry Cry

Re: All I want to do is cancel!

You will have a cancellation fee to pay if you're in a contract and in or out of contract, if you're ceasing your services, you will have the £30 line cease fee applied.
You can cancel via written letter I believe if you don't want to wait for 30mins, but that'll probably take 10 days for a response, and you'd hate it if the letter returned said "we also need  X details..."  Crazy
Just call and sort it and get it out the way. Smiley
All the best for your move.

Hi Hannasail,
Sorry to hear that you're leaving us, though I hope that you're moving somewhere nice. I can see that the cancellation will now be actioned from your move date, and all is sorted. Wishing you all the best.
