Hi Adam, I don't know if you remember each internet issue spacifically or not, but after moving home I had some MAJOR back and forth between plusnet and BT as to who was going to rectify my broadband issues. Eventually you picked up my "ticket" and persivered long enough to get my issue rectified. So from me to you personally, thank you VERY much for your help and I hope that your managers at Plusnet know how proffesional you are. Just a shame it took around 8 weeks to sort a "simple" house move. Many regards, Paul.
