Accessing Support (#2)

One of the great things about Plusnet used to be getting help. That seems to be in the past as I've been trying to get in touch with them all day and unless I want to be in a queue for > 30-40 min no luck.

Tried chat and it's constantly "Not available right now"
Email support is gone as well

Time to move on or just a bad day?

I believe that Chat is currently switched off to enable greater resource to be deployed on phone support.  Raise your query here on the Forum?


Email support is gone as well

To my knowledge plusnet has never had an Email support channel.  The old 'Ticket' system was discontinued some time ago.

Superusers are not staff, but they do have a direct line of communication into the business in order to raise issues, concerns and feedback from the community.

From 31st October 2022, I no longer have a regular presence here as I’ve moved on to a new role within Plusnet.
