Looks like another automatic email sent by Plusnet that is incorrect...

Interestingly I had a similar email shortly after I'd signed up (31/1/2013)
Quote When you signed up for your broadband account, we performed a check on your telephone line to give you an estimated speed your line might achieve.

Matt, this has cropped up in a number of post on these boards in recent weeks. The impression gained is that the estimated speeds quoted are for ADSL and I was under the impression that a task had been raised to sort this issue. Is that not correct then?
