ACS Law ticket and virus concern

Quote from: Mand
@speechless, if its the same file allegedly shared multiple times we'd just list the first one. We can update the ticket with all entries if you wish.

Sorry to be so vague on the forums. I updated my ticket on Friday with the details and am waiting to hear back regarding the apparent discrepancy.
Also, in your advisement, it is stated "Your computer might be infected with a virus or ‘malware’." I have found in my virus scanner logs something called... "Trojan horse BackDoor.Generic11.BFGA".
If these IP addresses are correct, could this be a possible source of the problem?
