A tad disappointed with upgrade enquiry after less than 2 weeks with PN.

Yo peeps,
Joined PN fibre about 2 weeks on the basic 40gig package. Soon realised that I should have gone for the 250gig package. I came from Sky unlimited where they don't monitor your traffic so I had no idea how much I used.
If I had joined PN on the 250gig deal I would have got 3 months at £5 intro and then £19.99. So, I enquired via a support ticket to see if I would be eligible. No such luck!
I though I might get at 1 month or even 2 but to get nothing leaves a bit of a bad taste after only 2 weeks!
Please, if there is someone who can help, will you please review this outcome.
Geoff,
York.

Hi there,
I'm not sure we could put you on the same offer I'm afraid - I realise your order completed only a couple of days after the offer went online but your signup was done a month before. That's not to say that we wouldn't be prepared to help at all, if you put the account change request through though Smiley

Thanks Matt!
When I go through the upgrade path my line rental gets included at the monthly rate. I've already paid a year's worth of line rental and would hope that it would not be double counted.
Can you confirm that, or better still, could you change my Fibre BB package?

Sure thing, tis done with a ticket detailing what's happening added to your account. Hope that helps.
