Now, I don't use the Technicolor router, having opted for a TP-Link. Worked satisfactorily for some nine months. But when I encountered a prob which was preventing me getting into the net I decided (after much head-scratching) to contact the said router supplier. Well. the router might be OK, but the custserv was poor. Despite dialling an 0845 number, found I had to extricate myself from conversation with someone who sounded as if speaking from the Philippines or somesuch. Just couldn't understand her 'English' speech at all. Managed to contact the Yorkshire lads (at 8am!) and received service which, in the circs, was arguably beyond the call of duty.
