A BIG thank you to all involved

Just a quick line or two to say well done and thank you guys for the speedy efficient way that you have brought my problem to an end, I was (at the time) a little miffed at a mix up that had nothing to do with me which when I flagged it up it went a awry for a time. everything has now been completely rectified and all is well. Positive feedback is a must as far as I'm concerned once a job has been broken then mended asap.
My line of work solely relies on good feedback so I know what it's like to deal with a complaint and receive praise for making it better, you can't always get it right the first time but most reasonable people will give you time to put it right....in my case this has been done very well.
